Todd and I picked up Parker from school Wednesday. When we arrived the teacher quickly explained that Parker decided to walk down the slide rather than sit on his bottom and fell face first into the carpet. Although the slide is not very tall, it left an awful mark on his little nose. here is a picture of my sweet boy when we picked him up....
Day number two..it had scabbed over and was hurting him pretty bad. He can't catch a break lately. The ear infection is back and he either had a cold in his eye or pink eye and now the nose issue. Geez!

Well the bloody nose and hurt nose is just part of Parker growing up and learning what he can do and what he can't do. He probably won't walk down a slide again for a while anyway.
ReplyDeletethe pink eye and being stopped up is his being with her kids and they are transferring it to him. He will start to acclimate to germs and be stronger for it. Just part of growing up but it doesn't make it any easier on mommy and daddy. Hang in there you only have a few more years to go. Ha You are doing a great job of being parents. It will all work out but it is still hard.
